How does the company approach performance reviews?

At Ostrom Electrical Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, performance reviews are an important part of supporting employee growth and development. New hires and employees in new positions have a 90-day review to ensure they are settling in and meeting expectations. All employees also receive an annual performance review, administered by their direct manager. For team members who are performing exceptionally well, we may accelerate the review process to provide timely recognition and opportunities for advancement.
