What wellness programs are available to employees?

While Ostrom Electrical Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning does not have a formal wellness program, we encourage employee health and fitness through periodic team workout challenges. Employees can participate in morning exercise sessions, with incentives and recognition for participants and winners, promoting camaraderie, wellness, and a fun, active workplace culture.
